NO essences, additives or enhancers
We use an im-MEASURABLE amount of fresh and well-ripened fruit, we do not use frozen fruit or fruit concentrates. In short, we don't imitate fruit flavours! We produce in small batches, in harmony with the abundance and quality of the harvest.

The first fruity dimension comes from the distillate: the alcohol in our liqueurs is distilled solely from fruit. The second fruit dimension comes from the fresh fruit that we macerate in the clear and fine fruit distillate to obtain the rich taste, colour and aroma of the liqueur.
Meticulously crafted
Our liqueurs are born from the tradition of fruit brandy(rakia) distillation in Bulgaria. We creatively combine it with our evolving experience of the subtle flavour differences among the fruit sorts and varieties, grown in Bulgaria, to create an authentic but intriguing taste. We select by hand only the most ripe and aromatic fruits, to ensure an intensive and consistent flavour profile. Our liqueurs' artistry extends beyond their superior taste to the unique visual identity of their labels.
