DELIVERY AND PAYMENT TERMS
Scope and Applicability
These terms apply to all orders made through the Online Store 2leta.com of "2 LETA" EOOD, UIC: 206475408 (the "Supplier").
Deliveries are made only within the Republic of Bulgaria.
Delivery Cost
The delivery cost within Bulgaria is automatically calculated before finalizing the order, and a document is issued showing the prices of the purchased products and the delivery cost.
Delivery is carried out by the courier company "Speedy" AD (the "Courier"). For orders exceeding BGN 100, delivery is free of charge. For orders not exceeding BGN 100, the current Courier Service Tariff of the Courier applies, and you will be informed of this at the time of order completion.
Delivery Time
The order will be delivered within the timeframe specified in the current Tariff of the Courier, provided that the recipient's details specified in the order are complete and accurate.
The delivery times for all in-stock products, ordered on business days before 12 o’clock noon and confirmed the same day, are as follows:
- 3 business days – for locations with a Courier office in the country;
- 4 business days – for locations without a Courier office in the country.
The delivery period begins upon receipt of payment for the respective order when paid by credit or with debit card and immediately for orders made with option payment on delivery. The delivery time for each item is specified individually upon concluding the contract with the customer through the Supplier’s Online Store 2leta.com.
Holidays and non-working days for the Courier are not included in the delivery time. The indicated delivery times may be subject to delays due to courier services, especially during holidays and other peak periods.
The Supplier is not liable for delays or changes in the delivery timeframe beyond its control, caused by third parties, including courier services. Although we strive to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped within the specified timeframes, delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control.
If there is a change in the delivery timeframe or other important circumstances related to the order fulfillment attributable to the Supplier, the Supplier will immediately notify the recipient via the telephone or email address specified in the order.
Receiving Procedure
Upon delivery of the ordered goods, the Courier will ask the recipient to sign a receipt confirming acceptance of the order, including the date of receipt. When receiving the order, the person accepting it must provide a valid ID to the Courier representative, verifying they are over 18 years old.
The recipient has the right to inspect the goods at the time of delivery and acceptance and, if they do not meet the requirements, to immediately notify the Supplier at info@2leta.com. Without prejudice to the right of withdrawal of contract under 9.8. of the General Terms and Conditions, if the recipient does not notify the Supplier as per the previous sentence, the goods are considered accepted as meeting the requirements, except in the case of hidden defects.
Changes to Delivery Terms
The Provider reserves the right to change the delivery terms at any time. All changes will be published on the 2leta.com platform.
Payment
The available payment methods on the 2leta.com platform are as follows:
a/ Payment by debit/credit card via the MyPOS system integrated on the Supplier’s platform 2leta.com.
b/ Payment on delivery with the courier.
Accepted card types include debit, credit, and business Visa or MasterCard cards.
