Cherry Fizz

Ingredients

  • 60 ml. 2 Leta "Cherry" 
  • 120 ml. soda
  • 20 ml. fresh lemon juice
  • ½ egg white
    …….. 
    a slice of lime
  1. Pour all ingredients except for the soda into a shaker with ice and shake well until frothy. 
  2. Strain the liquid into a highball glass with ice.
  3. Fill to the brim with soda.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge.
