Apricot Spritz

Ingredients

  • 45 ml. 2 Leta "Apricot"
  • 90 ml. Prosecco, brut
  • 25 ml. soda
    ……..
    mint leaves, lime wedge
  1. Pre-chill a wine glass. 
  2. Flavour the inside of the glass with mint leaves and leave them at the bottom.
  3. Fill the glass with ice.
  4. Pour in the sparkling wine, soda and liqueur consecutively.
  5. Stir and garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint.
