Apricot Sour

Ingredients

  • 50 ml. 2 Leta "Apricot"
  • 25 ml. fresh lemon juice
  • 5 ml. sugar syrup
  • 1 egg white
    ……..
    crushed chilli + sea salt + lime or Tajin mix
  1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until frothy.
  2. Strain the liquid into a separate glass. Optionally, use a frappe mixer to obtain an even thicker foam.
  3. Garnish the rim and half side of an Old Fashioned glass with lime/lemon and sprinkle with Tajin mix.
  4. Add ice to the glass and pour on top.
