Process: maceration of fresh raspberries in a plum distillate
Raspberry-Rosemary Mash
Ingredients
60 ml. ‘2 Leta’ Raspberry
20 ml. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. fresh raspberries
100 ml. soda

A sprig of rosemary
1. Put the fresh raspberries, rosemary and the lemon juice in a shaker and mash well.
2. Add the liqueur and shake well.
3. Pour the liquid into a n Old-fashioned glass with ice and top up with soda.
4. Garnish with a complimentary rosemary and raspberry skewer.
