This declaration informs you “2 LETA” EOOD, UIC 206475408, having its seat and registered address in 1756 Sofia, Studentski District, Darvenitsa residential area , 9 Perperikon Str., entrance A, floor 1, apt. 5; email: info@2leta.com; tel.: +359 886 552532 (hereinafter referred to as "Supplier" or "2 LETA" EOOD), about the processing of your personal data, as well as the legal basis, purposes, duration, and protection of your personal data.
"2 LETA" EOOD is the data controller for users of www.2leta.com, collecting personal data submitted through the electronic form for purchasing goods from the online store or through the electronic form for subscribing to the online store's newsletter.
As a data controller, "2 LETA" EOOD takes due care to protect users of the platform www.2leta.com from unlawful forms of personal data processing, in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("General Data Protection Regulation"), the Personal Data Protection Act, and the Electronic Commerce Act. We do not share this information with third parties without your explicit consent.
Data Storage
To complete orders, contact you regarding orders, and fulfill the purchase contract with you, we collect your IP address, full name, phone number, address (for delivery), and email address. To facilitate refunds in the event of contract withdrawal (under section 9.8 of the General Terms and Conditions), we collect your bank account information as indicated on the contract withdrawal form. For sending promotional messages (newsletters), we collect your email address only with your explicit consent.
"2 LETA" EOOD does not share this data with third parties except for:
- the payment processor,
- the courier service delivering your order,
- our accountant, and
- persons maintaining the online store of "2 LETA" EOOD.
After completing an order and fulfilling the contract on the basis of Art. 6, para. 1, items (a) and (b) of the GDPR, we retain all contractual data until the expiration of the 10-year accounting period required by Art. 12 of the Accounting Act (in terms of accounting records and financial statements, including documents for tax control, audit and subsequent financial inspections) and of 3-year period (for all the other carriers of accounting information).

I consent to the processing of my personal data, specifically my first and last name, address (delivery address), email address, and phone number, for the purpose of fulfilling a contract for purchased goods and for receiving informational and promotional messages about the products of "2 LETA" EOOD, having its seat and registered address in 1756 Sofia, Studentski District, Darvenitsa residential area , 9 Perperikon Str., entrance A, floor 1, apt. 5; tel.: +359 886 552532, email address: info@2leta.com. I also consent to the processing of the bank account details I provide when exercising my right to withdraw from the contract, solely for the purpose of refunding the payment made under the contract.
I provide my consent for the period necessary to fulfill the pre-contractual or contractual relationship between myself and "2 LETA" EOOD, and thereafter for the retention period required for contractual documents under the tax and accounting legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
