Bulgarian Sling

Ingredients

  • 25 ml. 2 Leta "Cherry" 
  • 35 ml. gin 
  • 10 ml. Grand Marnier 
  • 100 ml. pineapple flavoured soda 
  • 1 egg white
    …….. 
    a sprig of mint or a slice of pineapple
  1. Pour all ingredients except for the soda into a shaker with ice and shake well until frothy. 
  2. Strain the liquid into a highball glass with ice.
  3. Fill to the brim with soda.
  4. Garnish with a sprig of mint or a slice of pineapple.
