- 60 ml. 2 Leta "Raspberry"
- 5 ml. fresh lime juice
- 2-3 drops of saline solution
- 150 ml. basil soda “Soda Libre”*

a mixture of crushed chilli + sea salt
- Garnish the rim and a side of a chilled Highball glass with lime/lemon and sprinkle with the salt and chilli mix.
- Fill to the top with ice.
- Consecutively pour the liqueur, lemon juice and the saline drops and stir well.
- Top with the basil soda and add a lemon wedge.
*Basil soda can be replaced with crushed/puréed fresh basil leaves and sparkling water.
