Process: maceration of fresh apricots in an apricot distillate
Two summers and over five tons of aromatic apricots later, we created this limited edition apricot liqueur (only 800 bottles) and the only one produced in Bulgaria in this traditional way. The first summer we distilled an aromatic and airy fruit distillate from several varieties of fresh apricots from Northeast Bulgaria. The second summer - we again hand-picked the ripest, sweetest and juiciest apricots and soaked them in the finished distillate, adding sugar. The liqueur will fill you with bliss and remind you of the transience of summer and its tempting flavours. We recommend drinking it well chilled and not leaving it unattended because its aroma will attract 'non-FRIENDS'.
1. In an Old Fashioned glass, place a large lump of ice, preferably shaped like a sphere. 2. Pour in the liqueur and leave to chill for 1 min. 3. Decorate the glass with the grapefruit peel 4. Cheers!
