Process: maceration of fresh apricots in an apricot distillate
Ingredients
50ml ‘2 Leta’ Apricot
Grapefruit peel (for decoration)
1. In an Old Fashioned glass, place a large lump of ice, preferably shaped like a sphere.
2. Pour in the liqueur and leave to chill for 1 min.
3. Decorate the glass with the grapefruit peel
