Process: maceration of fresh cherries in a cherry distillate
Ingredients
70 ml. ‘2 Leta’ Cherry
60 ml. hibiscus syrup
10 ml. fresh lime juice
120 ml. soda
……..
A sprig of rosemary
1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker and shake well to mix.
2. Strain the liquid.
3. Serve with plenty of ice in a Highball glass.
4. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and pomegranate seeds.
